These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the t8999 platform and all related services. When you register, log in, or use any service on t8999, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on t8999. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, email, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in immediate closure of all accounts and the associated balances may be forfeited.

1.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

1.3 Account Verification (KYC)

1.4 Account Security

3.4 Chargeback Policy

If a fraudulent chargeback claim is made, the associated account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited. Any legal costs arising from a chargeback claim will be borne by the user.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This means if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳6,000 as a bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim a bonus from each promotion only once.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.

5.1 Game Operations

9.1 Account Closure by t8999

t8999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• Failure to provide KYC information or submission of fraudulent KYC documents.
• Abusive behavior toward another member or staff.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time via 24/7 live chat. If any outstanding wagering requirement has not been met before account closure, the bonus balance will be cancelled, but the real-money balance will remain withdrawable.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there have been no transactions for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts — in such cases, the relevant user will be notified in advance by email.

t8999 is not liable to provide any compensation in the following circumstances:

• If game results are disrupted due to an issue on a third-party game provider's server.
• If a bet is lost on the user's end due to internet disconnection.
